Many of us don't feel at home in our bodies and too often I hear that  people struggle with food in one way or another: some struggle with their weight, others with their health and yet others with not being able to afford wholesome food. These are not just physical, medical and social problems. They are profoundly spiritual and we need to ask how God's promise of redemption and renewal can reach into these parts of our lives as well. I will address these challenges by focusing on three areas of our lives that are profoundly interconnected  but often we don't see the connection between them anymore. The first is our body and even our body is often a mystery to us and many feel and the second is the food we eat. The connection between them has become more apparent as many struggle with illnesses due to food that lacks nutOur health and well being depends on
